Print and Use Release Agreement for Harness Racing Photos

Print and Use Release

This Print and Use Release (the “Release”) is granted to the purchaser or recipient of photographic works from HarnessRacingPhotos.com, operated by Hudson Valley Digital Marketing LLC (“Photographer”). By downloading, purchasing, or receiving any photographic image (the “Image” or “Images”), the user agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of Rights

The Photographer grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
• Print and Reproduce: Print the Images for personal, non-commercial use, including display in private homes, offices, or as gifts.
• Digital Use: Use the Images on personal, non-commercial websites, blogs, or social media platforms, provided credit is given as:
“Photo by HarnessRacingPhotos.com, Photographer Adam Ramli.”

2. Prohibited Uses

The user may NOT:
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Images to any third party.
• Use the Images for commercial purposes, including advertisements, marketing, or merchandise, without prior written permission from the Photographer.
• Alter, edit, or manipulate the Images in a manner that misrepresents the original content.
• Use the Images in a defamatory, unlawful, or obscene manner.

3. Ownership and Copyright

All rights, including copyrights, to the Images remain solely with the Photographer, Adam Ramli. The Images are licensed to the user, not sold, and are subject to this Release.

4. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hudson Valley Digital Marketing LLC, HarnessRacingPhotos.com, and Photographer Adam Ramli against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Images.

5. Attribution

When displaying the Images publicly in a digital format, the user must include attribution, such as:
“Photo by HarnessRacingPhotos.com, Photographer Adam Ramli”

6. Termination of Rights

This Release is automatically terminated if the user breaches any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the Images and delete any copies in their possession.

7. Acknowledgment

By downloading or purchasing the Images, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Release.
